Understanding Loneliness

Through the Lens of IFS

A Workshop for Therapists and Practitioners

Dallas, Texas

February 1, 2020

This workshop will address loneliness in our culture and how it shows up in our clients. We will use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model to map out typical parts that are activated around loneliness and explore how IFS therapy can be used to help clients heal. We will also discuss the IFS understanding of counter-transference and ways to work through the issues that arise when clients present with feelings of loneliness.

Some prior experience of IFS is required for this workshop. If you have not attended an Introduction to Internal Family Systems Therapy Workshop, please consider signing up for the PESI workshop Nancy will be facilitating January 31, 2020 at the same location as our workshop.
